Once again, Governor Cuomo is showing the citizens of NY that he has no understanding of country life. He is a city governor, who thinks that a “one size fits all” approach is the way to govern. Allegany county, the poorest county in the state with a sparse population of 50,000 residents, has only had a total of 33 covid-19 cases since this nonsense all began. Currently there are only 5 active cases in the county. Rather than let these low income communities go back to work, he treats them just like NYC.
